Refund policy

We offer a 30-day returns window from the date your order is delivered.

Returns Eligibility

Due to the nature of food supplements and for hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns for items that are unused, unopened, and sealed, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return or refund.

How to Request a Return

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

Opened or used supplements

Consumable or perishable goods

Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, the fastest way to receive a replacement is to place a new order once your refund has been processed.

UK & EU Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to the UK or European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with consumer protection regulations.

This right applies only to unopened, unused, and sealed products returned in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
